BRING THE HOSTAGES HOME

O God, if a very flawed Donald Trump, can be used as a tool in Your toolbox to bring the hostages home, how much MORE can You bring the ones we love home who are being held hostage by Satan? Donald Trump may not even know You as his Savior and Lord, but You can use whomever or whatever You desire to accomplish Your purposes. A hammer isn't godly, it is only a tool.

How much more, how much higher, how much more glorious are You? Psalm 46:11 says, "The LORD of Heaven's Armies is here amoung us." Do you realize the impact of that statement? What would I ask for if I knew God, the LORD of Heaven's Armies, was standing right in front of me--NOW? He is here! He is among us!

The LORD of Heaven's Armies may not be publicly revealing what is going on behind the scenes. Generals and Heads of State negotiate and strategize in private. But I can promise that He is working to free your hostages. Claim Psalm 146: 7. I have it posted and plastered in several places in my home: "The LORD frees the prisoners. He opens the eyes of the blind."

Last year I was sitting in Five Guys Burgers and Fries trying to eat those free peanuts. There were several I just couldn't get open. My six year old grandson seemed to be getting every one of his opened. I said, "How are you doing that?" He gave me this answer: "GiGi, they will open if you never give up. It's just like Jesus, GiGi. You never give up on the peanuts and you never give up on Jesus." "Out of the mouths of babes."

God is working behind the scenes. "The LORD of Heaven's Armies is in our midst."

Now, go and write Psalm 146:7 on a postcard and tape it to your mirror with your hostage's name on it. Remind the LORD of Heaven's Armies about it daily. And remember to never give up on Jesus!
