I’M ACTUALLY HAPPY IN THIS PICTURE

I know I need to tell my face!

I didn't just break that mug; I took it to Texas broken, as an example of how God uses broken things. I'm going to put it back together. When I do, I know it’s going to leak. There will also be some holes in it where pieces were pulverized and can't be repaired. It's okay. I want it to leak and have holes!!!!

This mug is a picture of how God has broken me, and I want to tell everyone how gloriously wonderful it is!!! He broke me, but then He put me back together, just as I'm going to do with this mug. Each morning He fills me up, and BECAUSE of the cracks, the grace He fills me with leaks all over everyone with whom I come into contact. The holes that can't be repaired in me are the places where the Holy Spirit shines the brightest through. I have been purposely broken and magnificently restored. It is my brokenness that gives other broken people hope. People are turned off by perfection. They find hope in broken people who have been restored.

I love my broken mug!!!
