Who is Adrian Rogers?
What means the most to me about Adrian Rogers was that he was my daddy. There are only four people on earth who can say that! But what matters to you is that Adrian Rogers was one of the most effective preachers, respected Bible teachers, and Christian leaders of our time. He could explain the most profound truths in the simplest way. He is beloved worldwide for that ability.
For over fifty years, Adrian Rogers consistently presented the Good News of Jesus Christ with strong conviction, compassion, and integrity. Under his leadership, Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, TN, grew from 9000 members in 1972 to over 29,000 members at his retirement in 2005. He served three terms as president of the Southern Baptist Convention. He founded Love Worth Finding Ministries in 1987. The sun never sets on this media ministry, which still reaches into more than 150 countries around the world, where lives are being transformed daily. Of all of his accomplishments, Dr. Rogers often said his greatest joy centered in his relationship to Jesus Christ, his wife and his family. And the greatest honor of my life is being able to continue his legacy in some small way through the ministry God has given to me, “Think On These Things.” I am who I am today in a large part because of him. I can’t tell you how excited I am to share a fraction of who he was and what he said with you.
If you desire to hear or read more (and I know you will) you can find his ministry at www.LWF.org or on the Love Worth Finding app.

Make sure you comment on how you have been impacted or blessed by what you read or hear. Our desire is that this be both a blessing and a resource.
God is not some cosmic kill-joy. Every time He says, “Thou shalt not,” He’s simply saying, “Don’t hurt yourself.” And every time He says, “Thou shalt,” He’s saying, “Help yourself to happiness.”
God only wants for us what we would want for ourselves if we were smart enough to want it.
